Our History
- We are Japan's only comprehensive lock manufacturer and boast a history of over 90 years in this industry.
- Since our founding in 1923, our locks have enjoyed wide use in applications as diverse as residential buildings, automobiles, industrial machinery, and leisure facilities.
- We were the first manufacturer to achieve mass production of cylinder locks in Japan, launching the successful sale of products for coin lockers and dedicated automotive key mechanisms.

Our Three Core Areas
- We specialize in residential locks, automobile components, and locks for coin lockers.
- We developed the first residential door handle with built-in hands-free recognition.
We currently manufacture and sell a range of keyed and keyless digital and electric locks for residential use.
- We design, develop, and manufacture a range of key mechanisms for automotive use.
- We were the first company to manufacture and sell coin lockers in Japan, and our equipment is used at train stations and leisure facilities nationwide.

Our Track Record with Residential Locks
- Through the end of the 1980s, we were active as vendors of cylindrical locks and other models in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.
- We then began producing components in Thailand and China, selling items to Japan, Thailand, and the Philippine markets.
- In recent years, we have expanded our production in Thailand, commencing full-scale development and sale of items for the Southeast Asian market.
- We boast the highest share of the domestic Japanese electric lock market.
